Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the Rendrio platform and services provided by Build Beyond Hightech LLC. This policy is designed to protect our users, our infrastructure, and the broader internet community. By using Rendrio, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service. Violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Permitted Use

Rendrio is designed for legitimate business and marketing purposes. Permitted uses include:

• Generating marketing videos for websites you own or operate.
• Creating promotional videos for clients with their explicit authorization.
• Producing product demonstration or launch videos for your business.
• Generating videos for social media marketing campaigns for your own brand.
• Creating internal presentation or training materials for your organization.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not use Rendrio to generate videos that contain or promote:

• Illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, drug trafficking, or terrorism.
• Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, or trade secrets.
• Defamatory, libelous, or slanderous material about any individual or entity.
• Content that is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit.
• Hate speech, content that promotes discrimination, or material targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
• Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or threatens any individual or group.
• False, misleading, or deceptive advertising or claims.
• Content designed to harass, bully, stalk, or intimidate others.
• Content that impersonates another person, company, or entity without authorization.
• Malware, phishing attempts, or other cybersecurity threats.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited when using Rendrio:

• Submitting URLs of websites you do not own or have authorization to use for video generation purposes.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Rendrio platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service in a manner that exceeds normal usage patterns or circumvents rate limits.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts, data, or generated content.
• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing access to Rendrio without our prior written consent.
• Using the Service to compete with Rendrio by building a similar product or service.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
• Circumventing any technical measures we use to enforce this AUP or our Terms of Service.
• Using the Service for spam, bulk messaging, or unsolicited commercial communications.
• Loading testing or stress testing the Service without prior written approval.

5. Website URL Submissions

When submitting URLs to Rendrio for video generation, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the owner of the website or have obtained explicit authorization from the website owner to generate marketing videos from their content.
• The website content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
• You have the right to use any trademarks, logos, or branded content that appears on the submitted website.
• The generated video will be used in a manner consistent with the website owner’s brand and reputation.

6. Resource Usage

Rendrio allocates computing resources to generate and render videos. You agree to use these resources responsibly and within the limits of your subscription plan. Excessive use that degrades the experience for other users or strains our infrastructure may result in temporary throttling or suspension of your account. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking such action. If you anticipate high-volume usage, please contact us at contact@rendrio.io to discuss enterprise arrangements.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, we encourage you to report it to us immediately. You can report violations by emailing contact@rendrio.io with the subject line “AUP Violation Report.” Please include as much detail as possible, including the nature of the violation and any relevant URLs or account information. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

8. Enforcement

We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate in response to violations of this AUP, including but not limited to:

• Issuing a warning to the account holder.
• Temporarily suspending access to the Service.
• Permanently terminating the account and deleting all associated data.
• Removing or disabling access to content that violates this AUP.
• Reporting the violation to law enforcement authorities when required by law or when we believe it is necessary to protect the safety of our users or the public.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any enforcement action, except where doing so would compromise an investigation or pose a risk to safety.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this AUP periodically.
